"Reception staff were excellent, always gave good information about the area..."

Pros: Reception staff were excellent, always gave good information about the area and were very patient with enquiries and map directions. good central location. rooms were good, clean and comfortable. varied breakfast buffet.
Cons: Could do with more on the room tea tray, reception were happy to provide more when requested though. our room had a safe but the teens room next door didn't. carpet in the corridor on our floor could do with a clean.

Pros: Hotel was in a great location, very modern, great value for money.
Cons: Other reviewers also complained about the temperature of the rooms....this is a real problem with this hotel. all the radiators in my room were off and it was still sweltering. i like it hot, so not a problem but i can see for some people, especially in summertime, that this would be awful.

"Very good location, friendly staff"

Pros: Very good location, friendly staff. excellent breakfast choice and times. room great with gorgeous hotel facade, lovely double juliet balcaonies in room with great views.all in all would recomend this hotel. a very enjoyable stay and would defo stay again and look for other eurostar hotels on future trips to europe and us.

Pros: Very good location.
Cons: Stayed in a standard room which was far too warm to sleep. it was like a sauna. really aweful. aircon was in fact just a fan which did not preduce cool air either. avoid this hotel from late spring - early autumn if a restful sleep is a must for you.
