"Short break"

Stayed at the hotel for one nght. Room was acceptable and the staff friendly and helpful. There was a 15-20min walk into the old part of town via the business district. Didn't have breakfast included in our stay.

Cons: Was given a double room when a twim was asked for had to go back to reception to change.room had no air con which is needed as the hotel is heated to sauna temp.no mini bar in room.money taken off my credit card at time of booking when the web site clealy states your card is only to reserve the room.i have stayed at this hotel five years running due to its location to work.basicaly i have stayed in cleaner travellodges.

Pros: The hotel was really close to all main bars,restaurants and even grand place!!the hotel was really clean, staff were really helpful and spoke good english.whoever said that the hotel is dated-are very very wrong!lovely sauna, jacuzzi and gym.
Cons: When asked the staff said there's nothing much around as it is a business area, which turned out to be complete rubish, as there's loads of things around if your not lazy to walk 10min.apart from that-our stay was fantastic!!

Pros: It is a very nice four-star hotel, at walkable distance form the old center of brussels. very clean, nice staff, big rooms, big and confortable beds. i recommend it!
