Room was lovely even if it was on 5th floor! clean and spacious. spacious dining area great choice of food for breakfast.
Parking wasn't easy but we managed to get a space in the carpark of the hotel across the square for 15 euros a night. hotel not situated in the nicest part of brussels and the lift broke down on our last day so we had to carry our luggage down 5 floors.

It was value for money definately. good breakfast. very nioce staff.
Hard to find. no air conditioning and windows do not open much.

The only positive experience was the breakfast , which was above average.
1) small room. 2) no provision of tea/coffee in room. the most run down hotels of uk provide this, in the least ! 3) hand wash basin seemed to be blocked - took ages for the water to clear out. 4) shower was not working properly - water pressure kept changing and so was the temperature of water. 4) bed sheet had a hole, which seemed to be caused by cigarette burn. 5) hotel direction on web site was completely misguiding ! - we were roaming around at 12 in the night to find the location - we called the hotel receptionist and instead of helping us find our way he asked us to get in another hotel and ask them the direction of ustel!!! finally a cab driver helped us out. we are never coming back to ustel !
