Very good location. Only 15 mins from Grand Place. Unfortunately receptionist and bartender ignored us during our stay. This is why I gave only 1 point for service.

Pros: Nice breakfast with plently of variety.
Cons: Staff were very unfriendly and rude - all except the coloured lady on reception, who was always friendly, helpful and smiling.

Cons: Убитое все это мягко сказать, район для гопников, персоналу пофиг на все, по дороге туда останавливались в Шелтоне значительно лучше за те же деньги

Pros: The room and bedding were clean and the breakfast passable - though it did taste like the jam had been watered down a bit!
Cons: Whilst the hotel itself is okay, its location is a bit dodgy. i chose it because it is within a few streets from the main station and the eurostar but it is immediately apparent that the area is very deprived. i felt quite threatened just walking down the street at 7pm on a saturday night. so much so that we stayed in our hotel room for the rest of our stay. we followed a trail of congealed blood from the town centre to near the hotel and saw men harrassing women on several occasions. the area is predominantly muslim and so it would be wise to dress conservatively if you go out.

Pros: They offer the service to pick you up at the train station and on the last day take you back there. staff was helpful. breakfast nice.
Cons: If you go to the left after stepping out to go to city center, you'll be good. otherwise you'll experience its bad neighbourhood. interior seems tired.

Pros: The hotel is located just 15 minutes from brussel downtown, but has a cheap parking. if you are not afraid to walk that distance, the hotel is the perfect choice for money value
