The Musee de Croix (Musée de Groesbeeck de Croix) is housed in the inspiring town palace of the Groesbeck-Croix family, built in the 18th century. The architecture is in the Louis XV style, which lends the building an imposing exterior and interior. The interior rooms are decorated according to the fashion of the time, right down to hand-painted wallpaper. You'll also find Chinese porcelain, paintings and sculptures. The kitchen, which has a huge chimney, is full of old household implements. It's almost like someone will open the door and walk into the room and start cooking.

Outside the Musee de Croix (Musée de Groesbeeck de Croix) you will be able to wander to your heart's content in a Baroque garden. This family home was vacated in 1935, but the family meticulously maintained the furnishings and atmosphere prevailing in 1751, when the home was occupied by its first wealthy family.
