 "The greatest asset to the hotel is its staff"
Pros: The greatest asset to the hotel is its staff.
Cons: Frequent chipped and miss matched crockery.not the cleanest of rooms.hot food was cold.hotel grim and in need of updating.no hot water or heating on the first morning which was rectified.would not recommend the hotel.

 "The staff were very kind and made us feel home"
Pros: The staff were very kind and made us feel home. they allowed us to leave our car in the parking even longer than normal without additional charge. our room was next to the canal as we had requested.
Cons: The photos of the rooms do not correspond to their real state. although entrance and breakfast rooms are charming, the room was below expectations.
