Cons: Upon arrival i was shown to the room, unfortunately it wasn't ready, in fact the cleaner was still in there! they did apologise though. when i checked out the account was grossly incorrect, i'd booked a package but was charged for breakfast & then told 4 people had joined me as my guests for breakfast on the sunday! of course this was completely incorrect & they did rectify it & apologise but both of theses occurences, so easily avoidable, somewhat spoilt my stay.

Cons: I was keen to add breakfast on to our stay but thought it a little overpriced, even for a luxury hotel.
