Cons: The swimming pool could have done with a clean. the small step from the pool area to the hotel could have been marked in some way to stop me constantly stubbing my toe. there were some chocolates left on the by the televisions along with some toiletries but was then told these cost 1 pound if used/eaten. if they are extra, then perhaps putting them in the mini bar would be a good idea. the internet access computers were a little pricey. one member of staff (i think he might have been indigenous indian) was quite unhelpful/rude. all other members of staff were excellent though.
