Cons: Abosuletly not prepared for cold weather (bad constructed bad system of heating the water) - there was 0 c in the night but in the room 7 c and the electric heating system of air-condition is too fragile. we have to ask for additional balnkets because they gave only one and thin. water in the shower was tepid so that in this temparature it was almost impossible to take a shower.
