The location was pretty central for our conference, parking was convenient, and the continental breakfast was helpful. 
The woman at the front desk was pretty sour and not helpful; the rooms were tiny; and the parking cost was additional to the room fee. also when i asked for some copies (which the website indicated should be available onsite), the desk woman sent me two blocks down the street.
