Pros: This is a very nice hotel. the rooms were very comfortable, staff was very helpful, instalations were very nice and it is good distance to every attraction in the city.
Cons: The prices for breakfast at the restaurant were outragous. we paid $5.75 for a plain bagel and $17.00 for an omelette, which was not anything special.

Pros: The staff was excellent. i have a background, 30 years in the hospitality industry, restaurants, hotels, private clubs in the seattle area and i notice everything. your staff was helpful, cheery, and accomodating.
Cons: Only one elevator was available the entire weekend i was there and the hotel was busy, sold out according to the website. many times we had long waits for the elevator and once took the service elevator in order to avoid long lines. i thought it was inexcusable for just one elevator to be in service given there was a holiday and the hotel was full. i also wished i'd been told there was new hotel construction going on next door. my window looked directly into the hotel construction next door, workers, and noise. i had to keep my blinds closed for most to my visit which was disheartening. had i known i most probably would not have chosen your hotel.
