"The bed was without a doubt the most comfortable bed i've ever slept in"
Pros: The bed was without a doubt the most comfortable bed i've ever slept in. the sheets and comforter were white (very clean) and there were maybe 6 full size down pillows.
Cons: The room was a little hot. i prefer a cooler room and set the a/c to a low temp, but it didn't seem to cool the room off to my comfort level.

"We came to the hotel on canada day"
Pros: We came to the hotel on canada day...what a party! had a very nice stay then boarded a ship for an 11 day cruise. all was great at the hotel.
Cons: Only negative was that when checking out on july 2nd, i had requested that the bill be divided in half...($194.60 each) the front desk attendant split the bill however charged my card twice & did not charge my friend's card at all.

"We stayed here before our alaskan cruise and it was a perfect choice"
Pros: We stayed here before our alaskan cruise and it was a perfect choice. vancouver is an expensive city, but the rate we booked through this website was competitive. it's a very picturesque and practical setting...the bellman took our luggage to the pier, and we simply walked through customs and onto the ship when it was boarding time. we had time to walk to stanley park and enjoy the harbor area of this gorgeous city. we would recommend this hotel to anyone getting a cruise in vancouver or.
Cons: The food prices are horrendous. our lunch order of one hamburger, one club sandwich, and 2 coffees came to $60 with tax and tip. the food was great, but $18.75 for a burger is mind-boggling. there are good dining options at more reasonable prices close by. but, i repeat...vancouver is a very expensive city, so "reasonable" is relative.

"Fabulous room"
Pros: Fabulous room. world class restaurant five sails also located in this hotel. view of vancouver harbor was outstanding! short walk to nearby gastown for interesting shops.
Cons: Nothing negative
Pros: I arrived at 08.30 am and was given a room straight away even though booking said after 4pm.
beautiful, clean hotel. staff very helpful and polite.
Cons: Price on website did not take into account canadian taxes - therefore a bit more expensive that realised.

"We chose a premium room"
Pros: We chose a premium room. we were generally very happy with the location, convenience and luxury. the salt-water pool on the roof of a section of the hotel was just great as were the beautiful yellow "city of vancouver" tulips. it was the ideal place to stay.
Cons: This was an expensive room, but the extreme convenience and luxury accomodations were worth it.
