Cons: I had requested a non-smoking room. while there was no ashtray in the room, it clearly smelled of smoke and i needed to keep the window open to ventilate the room.

Pros: The hotel staff was excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. the hotel was clean and everything in our room was in good working condition. they have a fenced on-site parking area that is half the price of the nearby public parking. they also have free wired internet and provided the ethernet cable. the hotel is within reasonable walking distance to the clubs on peters road and the harbor areas. it is in the middle of china town so that was just a few blocks to shops & eateries.
Cons: The area around the hotel is a little rundown but that's not their fault. if you're looking for a 4 star hotel at a 2 star price this isn't it. if you're looking to hang out in toronto and spend your money on yourself instead of a place to sleep then this is it.
