Just some comments:- The heating did not function. It was freezing cold in my room. Only after three days I was offered a small electric heating.- The first two days I did not have any warm water.- The room was not clean. Especially the floor needed desperately some vacuum cleaning.- It is not the best neighbourhood, but that was not a real concern to me. Just depends on what your plans are.- The man at the reception was friendly. I don't suppose he was responsible for the poor condition of this hotel? He helped me to get a tourist trip as well as an electric heating (after my repeated complaints about the cold).
Pros: This is a not a hotel it's more like a hostel.

good security (extra locked door to rooms);
looked rundown on the outside, but inside was kept very tidy and nice;
free internet - not fast, but handy.
Cons: Checked in on a sunday when there was no-one at reception and had difficulty getting through to someone to check in - although lady was very friendly once she heard the doorbell and came down; slightly dodgy neighbourhood for girls on their own after dark.
