They were cooperative and helpful.
Website and lobby should say wi-fi available only/mainly on main floor (dining room). "free parking" was street parking. not clear what happens when there are no open street slots.

The staff was very kind and helpful. easy access to subway.
We paid $110 per day, which was ridiculous for a two star hotel serving such a poor breakfast. for this money, you could get a lot better room and service in the us.
