 "Pleasent Visit"
The Hotel was really a B&B whic I didn't realize. The room was nice but a little noisy in the morning. The breakfasts were excellent, as was the location. Owners were frinedly and really tried to please.

The Quebec City bed and breakfast is named Château des Tourelles after the “castle turrets” that ornament the unique historic building. It was constructed in 1898 by an architectural roof metal worker named Paul Parent, who designed its memorable towers and battlements. From the rooftop terrace, you can enjoy gorgeous views of the historic city, the Saint Lawrence River, and the Laurentian Mountains. A gourmet breakfast, included in the room rate, is served in the pleasant dining room just off the inviting living room on the second floor. Chateau des Tourelles is located at the entrance to the Saint-Jean-Baptiste neighbourhood, an area of Old Quebec known for its wonderful shopping and restaurants. Within walking distance are the historic church of Saint-Jean Baptiste and the Grand Théâtre de Québec. Old Quebec attractions such as the Plains of Abraham in the Battlefields Park, the Citadelle of Quebec, and the Château Frontenac on top of Cap-Diamant can be reached via a longer walk to the southeast.
