"Hotel was clean and the staff was polite"
Pros: Hotel was clean and the staff was polite. we accidentally broke a glass and took some towels, but were not charged extra.
Cons: Hotel was expensive, but so is every hotel in this city for carnival. it's a cute location relatively close to shopping but not too close to the bars.

Pros: The breakfast that was included in the price was great. the hotel was charming. i loved the whirlpool tub and toiletries. the staff was very helpful. the hotel was also near many sites in old quebec city. i liked the free wifi too.
