 "Hot stay"
This auberge is well located, not to far from historic downtown and near of buses and comerce. Room was clean, but there was no temperature control and the room was excesivelly hot, with no means of regulate it down. In my room the window opened to a back porch, and I was unconfortable of leaving it open while I was sleeping. The place offers Internet, but when you arrive it happens that the internet is an additional charge, and just you have pay for it you realize is crap. The speed is terrible and they cap your downloads, so basically is useless.

The reception at the hotel was very nice. We had two rooms in an attached old Quebec house. A the first sight very romatic, but seeing that there two very small shared bathrooms for seven rooms, the romatic touch started to vanish. The beds were small, good for sleeping one person but not two. One of the rooms had a foldable chair, the other none. Average continental beakfast ist offered in a half subterrenean room. In total it would be a nice youth hostel, but not a hotel a this price.

Cons: There need to warm the room, and the room i stayed, no 302 bathroom window back to the building and in my opinion it is necessary to more opaque curtain.

Pros: Clean , quiet , cozy room. spacious like a suite
Cons: Few parking spaces , breakfast so simple , speed of internet not high and you must pay extra charges for that on an old computer system

 "The breakfast was nice, and as expected"
Pros: The breakfast was nice, and as expected. while we weren't close to the centre of quebec city, the bus stop was right outside and came very regularly.
Cons: The front desk staff didn't recognise the rate i'd received by email direct from the hotel with regards to a third person travelling with us. it wasn't until i showed him the emails i'd sent and received that he agreed to that price.

Cons: The hotel's staff didn't recognize the price we have arranged at the web. didn't recognize the room preferences either. the staff was agressive & kindless. i don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros: The hotel was very clean, close to the city center (7 minutes by bus), the hotel services were perfect and the breakfast was very nice. it's a nice hotel, but the adress which is written chausée st-foy is not correct, because the hotel's adress is chemin st-foy 1215. have a nice stay:)!
