Pros: Excellent location as it's just a lane next to the subway. hotel looks nice with the courtyard traditional design. i had problem checking in as my reservation was not reflected on their system. i called easy-to-book, and while in the process of settling the issue, the staffs offered to let me check in first instead of letting me wait in vain in the lobby, so that's nice of them.
Cons: Staffs are able to provide adequate help when you request for it, but they lack smile. later i realized that this is a common trait of the beijing people - they don't smile much. bathroom amenities and room slippers were not replenished daily on some occasions. toilet and shower area are together, so the toilet is always wet and not usable after a shower.
