Chongqing is a provincial-level municipality that is located near the central area of China. As one of the largest of China, Congqing has a lot that tourists can enjoy when visiting this historic region. A most notable building, the Great Hall of the People continues to attract sightseers year after year. The Dazu Rock Carvings, a UNSECO-recognized feature, is found here as well, along with the Red Rock Village Museum and the People's Liberation Monument. The Chongqing zoo is notable for having the Giant Panda and South China Tiger, both of which are incredibly rare.
