Heilongjiang is a province of China, recognized as being the northernmost province of the country. It's a remarkable area with a beautiful environment consisting of incredible structures both natural and man-made. Perhaps some of the most famous lakes can be found here, known as Wudalianchi Lakes. Those were formed in the 18th century by a volcanic eruption. Russian influence can be seen in places like Harbin, which has the splendid Saint Sophia Church. Other interesting aspects of that city include Hua Yuan Street and the Ice and Snow World featured annually.
