"The hotel was in a very convenient location"

Pros: The hotel was in a very convenient location. the maid was super sweet and did a fantastic job cleaning up. gym was really clean and well supplied with towels.
Cons: This was listed as a nonsmoking property, but there was smoking allowed on the 5th floor and also in the stairway. there was a bucket full of cigarette buds. i think if smoking is allowed in the hotel, it should not be listed as a nonsmoking property. the internet cost an arm and leg, free wifi is in the lobby and 5th floor which is a smoking area. the hotel front desk when we checked in were snobby.
the rooms are super small even compared to its sister hotel the cosmopolitan. the gym was really small too.

"The service was excellent"

Pros: The service was excellent. i had a great view (exectuive room, 25th floor) at the skyline of hong kong island. the hotel is located near by the mtr causeway bay station. shuttle service to mtr causeway bay / time square shopping mall from the cosmopolitan hotel was easy and comfortable. complementary tea and coffee was provided within the rooms and on the 'breeze' terrace of the 5th floor.
