I aid for pick us up from air port but never did, charge to my credit card 650 and refund only 20%, i think my experice was bad and that will change my mind, never to charg traspotation in advnace, i have asked for refund, but keep teling me that they will not give it to me and i had to find the lumosin myself? wasting over 30 minutes of our time in the airport after 17 hours traveling.Anonymous

The staff were very helpful. the rooms were well appointed. excellent shuttle bus service.If we stayed at the hotel again we would check the room to ensure it did not have a door to an adjoining room as the noise carried through. it was unfortunate that the occupiers of the adjoining room liked to party and arrived back between 2.30 & 3.00am each morning of our stay.
