The staff was very friendly and assisted with guiding us, exactly which trains or buses to take to get where we wanted.The room was clean but the bathroom, though clean, was rather old.I would have preferred to have free wi-fi in the room but the free eats and drinks in the wi-fi room on 2nd floor made up for the inconvenience.The soft music throughout the hotel is lovely but needs more variety - especially after 5 days.I found the breakfasts utterly boring. Six days of eating the same thing was a disappointment .
