Great location in causeway bay, close to everything
It took the hotel staff about three quarters of an hour to find my booking which was confirmed by easytobook.com. even after i showed them the confirmation email they still couldn't find my booking, nor had they even heard of easytobook. they eventually found it in the end but after a long flight into hk and getting to the hotel at 8pm, this is the last thing one would want. there was no apologies from the staff at all after putting me through the anxiety of thinking i didn't have a room at night.Kao

The service and facility are great and people in the hotel are kind also.We are surprised about the cleanness of the toilet. it is not done since last customers.
