Pros: Some staff speak english but nothing was too much trouble for them and they became very good friends by the end of my stay. i will be going back soon and taking a friend. i stayed there two weeks and it was hard to say goodbye as the staff are all so helpful and kind.
Cons: Its not really negative but as most instructions are in both chinese and english i have suggested that the tourist guide in the room needs to be also in english but they did very kindly print me off a translation soon after i had made the comment.
