One of the most popular stops for Qingdao tourists is the beautiful Zhan Bridge. Originally built as a pier, this is more than a simple “bridge”, it’s a 440 meter long, 10 meter wide structure that offers wonderful views of the scenery that Qingdao is famous for. Traditional lotus-styled lamps provide a safe experience even at night time, and the south end of the bridge even features a traditionally-styled Chinese pagoda, which offers a respite of traditional beauty amidst the modern panorama.
