 "terrible service"
I booked this hotel in advance to stay for one night during my weekend in Hangzhou. The main reason was the location of the hotel. But when my friends and I arrived there to check in, they refused to give us our rooms, because THEY ALREADY GAVE THEM TO SOMEBODY ELSE! Instead they offered to pay more and go to another hotel of their chain in totally different area. When we refused they said they can't do anything for us. After two hours at the reception desk, call to police and ruined evening, we had to go another hotel. We literally forced a guy from this hotel to accompany us there, cause we were not sure they would agree to check in without reservation.
