Pros: Excellent location; modern and interesting design; very intimate bars with sea view and live smooth music; excellent food
Cons: The wifi is hardly available; the staff is nice in general however there are some very rude members; the daily cleaning was sometimes at 5 pm which was a bit disturbing especially considering that there were ants in our room :(

Pros: Jelena at reception was very good, she gave us non-smoking room sea side when we were allocated side room and not sea side (by mistake!!)
concierge were very good in finding out things, sabrina was excellent in finding out coach times from main bus station.
Cons: Some cleaners were not that good in cleaning rooms, twols were not replaced by clean ones!

Pros: Spacious room with a giant bed, excellent bathroom facilities and fantastic air conditioning (quiet and effective). amazing breakfast with plenty of freshly prepared options, eg a chef chopping fresh fruit. lots of efficient staff everywhere. all this is expected from a 5* hotel though. very good price compared to other 5* hotels.
Cons: There were small things not right about the room, such as a burnt light cover and loud, high-pitched buzzing noise from the small, old tv. most of the staff were efficient but not friendly and the place felt rather 'soul-less'. whilst it was excellent value for money, i left with the impression that other 5* hotels which were more expensive, would indeed provide a better experience. will try to get into the hilton or excelsior next time, but these were much more expensive!
