Cons: They did not find the reservation for 15 minutes at checking in. good thing i had a printout of the online reservation plus my laptop. the printout was taken and then lost in their hands. at checking out the hotel wanted to charge a much higher rate than reserved. finally, they did not even say sorry for their mistakes.
