"Just bad"

We arrived to the hotel on the agreed day. I had all my confirmation papers from easybooking, but the owner of the hotel told us the hotel is fully booked and our reservation has not been noticed. The owner was the worst customer service person/businessman I have ever seen.He did not care to find us any other accommodation, but left us even without saying "sorry"! I recommend NOT to go to this hotel. Instead there was a really nice one "Romania".

Just bad
