Pros: Very helpful staff.
Cons: I was surprised upon arrival that there is no wi-fi in the room as stated on the web page also there are only non smoking rooms. if there was a mini bar it must have been hidden from me. i certainly would not rate the room with four stars more like two.

Pros: The hotel itself is very nice, a very reasonable price. great services available, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean.
Cons: Did not have a minibar, fridge, safe, nor even a kettle - some things you'd expect at a 4 star hotel... the staff were quite dodgy (we knew we had to be careful when we went to prague, but not with the hotel staff), and not seeming to help with anything. the hotel is a bus and tram ride from the city, about 30 min all up from the centrum.

Pros: The hotel was excellent for it price. very clean. a bit noisy during the night.
