Pros: Good breakfast.
Cons: The air conditioning in my room never worked, thus i had the option of opening the window and hearing lots of noise, or boiling. my tv never worked, even after repeatedly telling the staff. this hotel is not what it seems.

when booking i asked for good air conditioning, and they supplied a room with excellent air conditioning. breakfast was absolutely fine, room was good, and the location was excellent as it was right at the start of all the facilities in the town centre. room was great size, at the back of the hotel and not noisy at all. the en suite was great as it was separate from the room - there was a small private hallway when coming through the room door, which had a door to the bedroom and a separate door to the bathroom.
Cons: No - although i would say that 5 star in czech republic does not always relate to expectation of 5 stars in other places.
