"Antik Hotel Prague 1"

Fantastic central, but quiet, location and exceptional value for money.Very Clean rooms, and friendly staff; with the atmosphere of privately owned Hotel, rather than a corporate blandness so often found in central city locations. Airport transfers arranged through reception were spot-on, and competitively priced.

Pros: This was a very charming hotel! we loved our room, which was on the small side, but very cozy and the bathroom was nice. the hotel had a nice character and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. this was a great deal and a great experience.

"Excellent location"

Pros: Excellent location. center to every sights that i wanted to visit. easy access to local transport.
Cons: Make sure that to request a room at the back of the building (quieter and newer) and they have a/c. originally they assigned me a room in the front, older building with no a/c and right above the street and across from the bar, i.e. when people hang out until real late into the nights, but i insisted that without the a/c i can not stay there and will have to move to another hotel. it just so happened that there was a heat wave all across the europe during my visit. eventually they gave in and gave me a lot nicer room at the back with a/c. not sure if the originally assigned room was based on the low rate from the website. regardless, it is best to make sure that you request a nicer and newer room at the back of the hotel.
