"Very Noisy"

Unfortunately, the apartment block was very very noisy, there seemed to be 2 apartments full of young men wou came and went all night for 2 nights and one night there was a part there at 5 oclock in the morning.This really spoilt our stay in your beautiful city

the apartment is really in the centra of the city, just 5 minutes walk from everything. i guess is the best place to stay in the city. Flat was new , perfect clean and everything was just perfect. absolutely book there

"Lovely apartment, but...."

The apartment was charming, nicely furnished, with character, very clean, well equiped, and it was easy to do some food shopping at the Tesco nearby, wich was so convenient.It was good to have internet and cable TV (for our children!). It was nice too to be able to eat or drink at the restaurant just down below the apartment.When we called because we couldn't get hot water, people were very helpful and efficient, somebody came quickly and efficiently fixed it.The only incovenience is that the windows were not double glazed and didn't shut properly, we could hear a lot of noise from the street, till the early hours of the morning,as there is a night club just below the apartment. We just couldn't sleep properly because of the people shouting and screaming outside, probably drunk. The problem would certainly be helped with double glazed windows that would shut properly. What a shame for such a lovely apartment!

"pleasant location in old Prague"

the bed could have been of a better quality, for the rest the apartment was adequately furnished and pleasantly located in old Prague. The entry was at a courtyard of a restaurant, which was nice and picturesque.

Pros: Very central location and a very reasonable price
Cons: It could be made more obvious that you are required to collect your keys from the main hotel, on the other side of town, before going to the apartment complex itself.

"Excellent location"

Pros: Excellent location.
Cons: Heating very good but would have liked to have a window open but at times too noisy. no washing machine!!!! finding somewhere to do laundry was a nightmare. travellers in apartments expect a washing machine at least or some arrangemment with a laundry or at leasy locations ofa laundry.

Pros: "large 2 bedroom" was resally not 2 bedrooms but a bed in the hallway, completely exposed to light and sound. otherwise, it was ok. loved the light and abundance of windows and skylights.
Cons: We had to go out and buy lightbulbs and replace the ones we could reach. all the bulbs in closets were already used.

Cons: The location of the apartment itself is ok. but, we were not notified in advance that the check-in office was at different location and surprised to learn at the office that our apartment was switched to a different location from the one we booked online. because of this and with all the luggage, we waisted a lot of time and money trying to find the right place.

Pros: Brilliant location! close to all the sights. very clean and tidy with enough room for the 5 of us to be more than comfortable. really enjoyed our stay!

Cons: The single beds were hard, one of the girls did not sleep well in them. it was also unclear how many we were, so only 2 beds was made up when e were 4. this was fixed immediately.

"Location is outstanding"

Pros: Location is outstanding. we were walking distance to any major site seeing spot on our list to visit. there is a little cafe downstairs great for breakfast and a bar/restaurant next door as well. transportation to/from the airport/train station was easily arranged by the rental company - drivers were very professional, on time, and service was reasonably priced. would definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

"The staffs were really kind"

Pros: The staffs were really kind. they helped with our luggages issue and allowed us to check-in a few hours earlier since we were exhausted from traveling.
