Pros: The staff were nice and helpful
Cons: The facilities were not of the standard that you would expect of a 4 star hotel. the breakfast was horrible, the cooked breakfast particularly the eggs were too disgussting to put on my plate never mind actually eat. the juices were so watered down it was not worth drinking. the coffee was awful. after two days of hardly eaing breakfast i finally found an irish pub where i had the best breakfast of my stay. there was no tea making facilities in the room or self ironing facilities. the hotel restaurant was closed for the season, which was rather annoying. although the location was outide of the centre of prague it was ideal as a lone traveller as it was so close to the metro and bus stop.
