By shuttle, from Ruzyně Airport: You can take the hotel airport shuttle 24-hours a day which is available at an additional charge.
By car, from the D5 Motorway from Pilsen or Prague – Ruzyně Airport: Follow the directions signs to Smíchov/Barrandov/Branik/Podolí. Go across Barrandov Bridge and turn right to Podolí. You will come to Modřanská Street. Carry on straight ahead to Podolské nábřeží Street – 500 meter. At Podolí swimming pool, turn left across the tram rails directly to the botel.
By car, from the D1 Motorway from Brno or the D8 Motorway from Teplice: Follow the directions signs to Plzeň and Smíchov/Barrandov/Braník/Podolí. Before Barrandov Bridge after the OMV petrol station turn right to Podolí/Braník. You will come to a traffic light crossing, turn right to Podolí as far as Modřanská Street. Carry on straight ahead to Podolské nábřeží Street – 500 meter. At Podolí swimming pool, turn left across the tram rails directly to the botel.
By public transport, from the airport: Go to the bus stop. Take bus No. 100 to metro station ‘Zličín’. From there take the yellow metro line B to ‘Karlovo náměstí’ (Charles Square) station – exit at Palackého náměstí (Palacký Square). Change to tram No. 3, 17 or 21 direction ‘Podolí’ and get off at tram stop ‘Kublov’ - it is the 3rd stop. Get off and walk for about 300 meter in the direction of the tram to reach the botel.
By public transport, from the main train station or Holešovice Station: Take the red metro line C to Florenc station and change to metro line B. From there take the yellow metro line B to ‘Karlovo náměstí’ (Charles Square) station – exit at Palackého náměstí (Palacký Square). Cons: If you are downstairs, there could be a lot of noise overhead. this is a "berthing barge", i had the worst room in the house (under the stairs) but still slept well. my partner didn't. the breakfast is adequate but far from gourmet. there is almost nothing to do in the surrounding neighborhood, but you can easily take the tram to get to the action/nightlife.
Cons: The breakfest was rather basic but very good. herbal tea would be nice
Cons: The smell of the smoke was unbearable inside (in the boat and in the rooms!)this was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel,but there were everywhere ashtrays..the beds are very old und unconfortable,towels also very old and used.
