the hotel is just next to a metro station very convenient to commute to the city centre. it provides good breakfast with every thing you wound need in the kitchen. Overall, it was a good experence, highly recommend.

Pros: Upon arrival we were greeted by one of the several very polite and friendly staff members we met over our time.
we were able to check into our room even though we were very early - nothing at casa italia is too much trouble.
the apartment was large, comfortable and spacious.
the room was well heated.
the area, although outside of town, held some of the best restaurants in prague, it was a beautiful (and not too long) walk into the city and the area was quiet and relaxing.
the room had unique decoration which enhanced the atmosphere.
breakfast was provided daily and consisted of small pastries, bread (with butter and jams/spreads) as well as a pot of coffee - everything we needed to start the day.
there was a well-priced mini-bar with various goodies.
the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to make food and drinks.
oh and just to mention the staff again - they were lovely and incredibly helpful on the rare occasions when we needed them.
we would definitely stay at casa italia again - it was a wonderful experience and should the staff there read this we'd like to express our thanks.
Cons: Like many places in eastern europe we've visited the bedding is a little unusual - small and thin - and although this was by no means a problem for us it can be off putting for some.

Pros: The staf were very friendly, brekfast was delivered to our room every morning, its right round the corner from the metro (3 stops from town centre) making travelling extremely easy. hotels were warm and very quirky
Cons: The stairs to the mezzanine bedroom area were very steep (like bunk bed ladders) and wouldnt be good if you had small children or are slightly older.
