 "Double booked us but did sort us another hotel"
Pros: Double booked us but did sort us another hotel
Cons: Double booked us, didnt let us use their toilet when it came to getting picked up as we werent in theire hotel, however we were supposed to be origanaly,also wouldnt let us see our friends who we had been separated from
