Cons: Little short on hot water one morning.

the personnel was very helpful.

the breakfasts are nice. you can ask for espresso drinks from the bar made to order. the rooms are clean and well maintained. we stayed in two different rooms - a deluxe double and a standard double. the former was somewhat larger and more architecturally interesting. the entire hotel is designed in an interesting way.
it is located within a 3-minute walk from the prague castle. the outside street is noisy during the day, but quiets considerably once the castle closes at 6 pm.
Cons: My one suggestion for breakfasts is that the hotel kitchen could add more variety on a daily basis. i'd suggest not staying in the 2nd and 3rd floor if you have balance issues as the stairs are very steep and "interesting".
