Pros: There was a gentleman, i believe he is the front desk manager, who was always very helpful. as well as the poor guy that had to carry everyone's bags up the stairs because the elevators were out of service. i didn't mind the four flights of stairs we had to walk up and down. it helped work off all the pilsner and fried cheese.
Cons: The lady that worked the front desk was not the friendliest but i learned from my time in prague that is just the general demeanor of most czech women. yikes!

Pros: It's 20 minutes walk from stare mesto square and 3 minutes walk from muzeum undeground station, though i have never got on a train from it. instead, i hiked about the city.

Cons: The a/c worked but not to its full potential ( europeans are not use to a/c) i will stay at this hotel again
