Eurostars Thalia Hotel Prague    

Second stay there and I will definitely stay again if I go back to Prague in the future. Nice, modern and very conveniently located. Short walking distance to all main attractions but away from the noise of Wenceslas Square and such.

The hotel is unexpectedly big, as compared to what it appears from the outside, but despite this fact rather calm and quiet. My room was large too, clean and nicely designed. So much so that the few minor issues (the air-con was noisy and inefficient, the mattress had seen better days etc.) became really minor. The only not so minor thing, at least for me, was very weak wifi reception, which was probably due to the scale of the building and the fact that I was in the very end of the corridor.I spent only one night there and without breakfast, so can't comment on the staff and their service, but given the location and the value for money I would definitely consider staying there again and recommend the hotel to others.

Cons: A small point, nevertheless it would have been nice to have had coffee making facilities in our room.

Pros: Beautiful and very cheap hotel right in the heart of prague
Cons: Nowhere to park your car out front while checking in and carrying your bags to your room.

Cons: The hotel had run out of pillows so we had the first night with one thin pillow each, despite the room information saying there was a pillow menu and we could ask for more pillows. i have stayed in hundreds of hotels and never only had 2 pillows in the room. there were also no blankets provided and the room was cold at night.

i'd have preferred a selection of fresh bread at breakfast. there was sliced bread and white rolls. i would expect more from a 4* hotel.

Pros: Great location: all attractions in walking distance! excellent breakfast! nice hotel - clean, friendly and with a stylish theme.
Cons: Stylish theme: lot's of brown colors in the rooms. need to be adjusted and not everyone will like it...yet nice and clean! the on site parking is very tight (if you'll be there - you'll understand what i mean..) and pretty expensive (20 euros). you might want to search for a cheaper parking close by...

Pros: It couldn't be better. great hotel, breakfast, room and location. close to good restaurants and monuments. i would definitely recommend to all my friends.

Pros: Great location for both the old and new town sights. breakfast was good with a wide choice available (before 9.00am) . rooms were very clean with modern facilities
Cons: Limited choice for breakfats aftre 9.00am especially for cups, spoons and english tea.
bar drinks were very expensive.

Pros: On arrival, we were escorted to our room. the room was very impressive and we were told it was the largest room in the hotel. it was stunning! after about 20 minutes we received a phone call from reception to tell us they had made a mistake and we were to be moved to another room! we were then escorted to what must have been the smallest room in the hotel! obviously we were not very pleased as our friends were staying at the same time and their room was much bigger. we unpacked but later informed reception that we weren't happy and they found us another, much bigger room with similar features to the first room! the hotel was immaculate and very central.
Cons: The hotel operates a card system for entering rooms. someone entered our room and left as soon as they knew we were in there. they were not cleaning staff. our friends experienced the same thing 3 times and were given new cards. breakfast was a little unorganised. there always seemed to be guests waiting for spoons and plates etc.

Pros: Room was very clean and comfortable
Cons: A mix up with the rooms given, on arrival the best room in the hotel was given by mistake then taken away, the
next room was like a box and finaly the 3rd room was ok, very poor appolegies from the staff

Pros: Çok temiz ve güleryüzlü hizmet. bir çok turistik merkeze yürüme mesafesinde.otelin biraz ilerisinde tram durağı var.9 ve 22 numara önünden geçiyor.

Pros: Very clean, very quiet at night, central location.
very friendly people, i came early (at 11 a.m) and i got my room rigth away without extra charge.
