on arrival hotel had no record of my booking although I had email confirmation from easy to book,a room was available and I was booked in (2200 hrs) fortheir reservation office to sort out in morning which they did promptly(system problem) at all times staff were helpful and pleasant good location with excellant public transport links,airport bus stop just 50 mtrs from hotel

I checked into the hotel on 07/04/2012 and checked out on 10/04/2012. While checking in, CZK 8000 was deducted from my Visa Debit Card as a security amount. When I checked out, I paid the hotel bill. Then I was told that the security amount of CZK 8000 has been unblocked/reversed. But it is about month now but I am yet to get my money back.I spoke to the Hotel a no of times. I am told that it is mistake by their bank and I would get the money back in my account very soon. But no luck yet.Unfortunately, no one from the Hotel has bothered to drop me a mail despite the assurance that someone from the hotel would send a mail on when do I get my money back. Overall I felt it is a very good hotel & excellent location. But not getting my money back has been a horrible experience.Do not know what to do other than wait and make phone calls to the Hotel?

Pros: Fitness centre was nice, the wellness area was worth the money and was very clean, the breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety
Cons: Although it is nicely located, it is too far to walk from the city at night and attention must be paid to the last metro

Pros: The hotel could not be in a better location. you can get to the hotel by bus from the airport getting off at the last stop so there is no stress and it costs only 70p! then it is right in front of a metro station!! the staff are very helpful and polite and it was a very pleasant stat
Cons: The beds while very comfortable are made up with a folded over duvet instead of any sheets. this makes you wake up at night because it doesn't cover your feet and your shoulders and you have to keep rebalancing it. also the 'king size bed' ended up being two singles pushed together, which coupled with the duvet issue meant i couldn't snuggle up next to my partner. the aircon didn't work and the food/drink prices were extortionate compared to local restaurants
