Cons: 1. no glasses in the room,
2. in 3 day stay in the hotel the towels were replaced only once
3. no waste removal out of the room in 3 days
4. no facilities according at laest 3 stars (hair drier, poor wi-fi signal)
4. no furniture for baggaje support - if need to open the luggage you have to put it on the bed or on the floor

Pros: The price was amazing! 60 euro for 3 folks for 2 nights. the staff spoke great english and was kind.
Cons: It's true, this wasn't the nicest place and the breakfast was terrible but like i said the price was right & we were only in the room to sleep.

Cons: They advertised wifi in every room but there wasn't any. i asked the desk to call me a taxi. he took me to my location and charged me 300czc. on my return trip i got a meter taxi and he charged me 66czc. obviously the hotel taxi screws their guests. i complained at the desk and nothing was done.

Pros: We found all the staff extremely helpful. the location was really good and we will stay there if we go to prague again. this is the opinion of all 10 of us.
Cons: Just one minor thing, the carpets were a bit marked but we think that the hotel is in the process of being renovated so that would be the last thing replaced.

Pros: Overall the hotel was good value for money; the hotel staff are friendly and helpful and the breaskfast was basic but good. the rooms are clean and the bathroom was in excellent condition. the location is really convenient to get to the cities main tourist attractions.
Cons: The carpet in the room was quite old, but the room itself was great.
