Cons: - the quality of soap provided is bad.
- the internet was terrible. i could hardly access the internet. i told the lady at the reception but nothing much happened.
- the hotel website says that i can change my reservation in advance. i had a problem with my flight and i came one day late. i told this in advance before my departure and asked the person to adjust my schedule. he said it was all okay, but he billed me for that day as well. and when i left, i had told the lady at the desk when i would check out. she said it was okay. when i actually checked out, there was a different person there at night, and he charged me for one extra night. is that normal? i think there is loss of synchronization between staff there. it was too much to argue with the person there in the night. i just paid off and left.
- the hotel does not have a facility to make international calls!! whereas most people who want to stay there come from outside countries, and would want to make calls.
