Nice hotel with helpfull staff. Rooms are good and spacious, though nothing special. Good beds. Just a 10 minute walk from the old centre. I would stay again in Caeser a next time.

Pros: A lovely hotel fantastic value we stayed for 4 nights rooms were very nice, egyptian cotton bedding crisp and clean staff were so helpful giving us written directions as we like to explore on foot. the hotel is in a very good location, excellant bars/restaurants/transport nearby, we will be back!!!!!

Pros: Excellent location...walk to everything...plus if you check the hotels website you will see they offer free airport tranfer to the hotel from the airport at set times...but you have to find your own way back £1 for 90min tube and bus which is 45min to airport - bargain!
Cons: Breakfast was till 10am but hot eggs etc was all gone by 9.15 so get in early. room was ok nothing special but had an odour of urine in bathroom. filled in feedback form and hotel didnt respond or rectify. otherwise perfect so small letdown

Pros: It was a nice hotel, within 10 minutes walk of the centre of prague. the staff were very helpful and spoke perfect english - as did everyone else in prague!
Cons: I don't really think it was 4 star - more a high end 3 star and the breakfast wasn't great.

Pros: This is a 4-star hotel in a nice neighborhood of the city. it was kind of difficult to find, especially since not everyone speaks english, but once we got there, it was very nice. i loved the fact that they had free wi-fi, and free internet in the bar area, which helped later (read my negative review). otherwise, the staff were pretty accomodating, and the rooms were elegant, full-service, and a lot better than i expected. it was worth the money!
Cons: When we arrived, they asked me to pay, and when i booked through etb.com, i had gotten such a good deal (since i booked months in advance) that my credit card had already been charged. they didn't know where the payment was, so i spent over an hour trying to figure out where my payment was, and had to access the internet to find the charge made on the date and who charged me. it was confusing and for the most part ruined our first night in prague, but we made the most of it (since the nightlife is so crazy and open so late, and the hotel is only 5 or 6 blocks away from a 24-hour bar). other than that, there was nothing wrong with the service or the rooms themselves.

Pros: The staff were very helpful and friendly. there was a good choice of food at breakfast, hot or cold buffet and a choice of different teas and coffees. the room was very big and clean, and all the linen and towels were of good quality.

Pros: The hotel staff were very helpful. the hotel is in an exellent possition to explore the old town.
Cons: Hotel room did not have a safe.we were offered another room but we had already been in the room for two days and did not want the inconvenience of shifting our belongings. fortunately the couple we were with had a safe in their room.

Pros: Friendly staff, spacious and clean room, excellent location on the border between new/old town and good value for money. good breakfast with plenty of choice.
Cons: Seems a silly comment, but they do not replace teabags after you have used the first two - bring your own!
