 "Croatian receptionist should get a pay rise!!!"
For the price it was satifactory. The place we were offerd to eat our breakfast was far from satisfactory, I found a much better place by the St Patrick's Church. The service was minimal, only the Croation receptionist made any effort to make the guests feel welcome, He was charming & most amussing , at the same time efficient in suppyling me with any information I required, or any things my room lacked. He would be a reason to return to your establishment. I would recommend the other personal learn by his examples. They should also make an effort with a little more warmth in their addresses to your clients. A smile goes a long way, that doesn't mean a permenant grin like a lunaticin a mental assylum ,just perhaps a little more friendliness, as the afore mentioned receptionist from Croatia always found time to be.

 "Easy to get to centre of town"
Pros: Easy to get to centre of town. room was spacious. staff did try and be helpful.
Cons: Room was freezing cold when we arrived as it was only heated by one electrical heater.
no safety box in room as promised by request.
had to put deposit down for everything in cash eg: keys, hairdryer.
