Cons: Charge for tea/coffee. bar and restaurant closed on last evening of our stay due to private function and we were turned away and treated very rudely by deputy manager. musice from function was very loud and kept us awake. spoilt our stay in prague and upto this we thought the hotel to be excellent, but we feel we paid for restaurant and bar facilities and provision should have been made for paying guests. we spent in excess of £100 in the bar each evening of our stay apart from the last night when we were not allowed in. we were a party of 8 and intended to dine in the hotel on this night and we would have paid in the region of £300 for food and drinks had we been allowed to use the restaurant and bar.
