Pros: Staff very helpful, tram right outside 10mins to wencelas square, clean room.
Cons: We got a tiny room, (think we got the short straw as the other rooms looked like they would be decent sizes), very noisy as the tram stop is right outside, however this wasn't a major problem. don't know if it was just our room but the bed was not great, it slumped on one side..?!
