Very good stay, good service, good value for money. Easy to go to city center by public transport. Vera reasonable parking fee, though parking space is limited.

Good restaurants in neighbourhood, great possibilities to get fast everywhere in town by public transport, very good breakfast buffet, cheap but comfortable furnishing, pleasant staff, secure parking possible on hotel grounds, non-smoking hotel and restaurant

Pros: Excellent, friendly staff who mostly spoke good english. decent breakfast. nice restaurant with a wide selection of meals. excellent wait staff. clean rooms. a bit out of the way of the main town area but 15 minutes on the tram was ok. view of waste land and service station was not very nice.
Cons: Only the view although beyond the service station the view of the houses on the hill was nice.

Pros: Easy enough to get into the old town by tram.
good sized room.
we arrived very late at night and no issues checking in at that late hour.
free car parking an added bonus.
Cons: Found the staff on reception a bit grumpy!

Pros: Clean, good breakfast adn value for money
Cons: We prebooked all rooms and when we got there no one could find our rooms or find the booking. completely disorganised. straff were great but was a worry as we had prepaid. then we had to pay for two rooms again as according to the hotel they were reserved but not paid. still trying to suss it out

Pros: The rooms were so nice they were the best of all the hotels we stayed in whilst travelling europe
Cons: We found it hard to get there as we landed on a saturday and not all of the trams run on the weekends.

Pros: Friendely and helpful staff, nice breakfast, good connection to the city with tramways (two stops are within walking distance to the hotel, otakarova (lines 6,7) and namesti bratri synku (line 18, 11,...) going directly to the city center. beware: line 6 does not ride during the weekends, and at night after 20:00! however lines 11 connects i.p.pavlova to the hotel when line 6 does not ride.
Cons: Close to tramway lines, so sometimes a bit noisy at night, but a pair of earplugs ensured very good night's sleep.

Pros: Great price for what you get in the hotel. modern, clean rooms with a good, hot breakfast including eggs, quiche, sausage, and all sorts of pastries and breads. also, nice adjoining restaurant with great prices and 10% off for hotel guests.
Cons: Shower was a handheld and difficult to manage, not a deal breaker though.

Cons: I can't say i was really satisfied with cleaning my room, when i put that label on the door 'please, make up the room now' almost nothing had changed, instead of dry cleaning of the carpet in the room i got even durtier basin and the soap was gone! i washed my hands with my shower gel! nobody made dry cleaning during all my stay there, and i've been there for 5 days!
my pillow case had a hole in it. not really nice, you know.
